I have a fairly new macbook pro and as I was connecting my Canon iP100, it asked me if I wanted to download the software for it and I said yes. I am in Japan and bought a local iP100 to go with my american mac. the store suggested that I use a driver numbered 10.67.2. the download from the prompt was 10.72.xxx. It worked sort of but the pictures are terrible with many faint striations throughout the pictures. I tried downloading the store recommended driver but it doesn’t replace the first one I downloaded and I can’t figure out how to get rid of the that first one or get the second one to replace it. Can anyone tell me what to do?
